When it comes to the 800 meter race, Bellingham's Becca Friday was nothing but unstoppable in this event. The 3x time state champion in this event went on to run collegiately at the University of Oregon and ran with the Rogue Athletic Club.

-8 time All-American in track: 1500 (3x), mile (2x), and DMR (3x).
-Part of the school record DMR team at Oregon (11:02.85).
-College personal best times: 800 - 2:05.28 (TrackTown Tune Up, 2012), 1500 - 4:13.06 (NCAA Championships, 2012), Mile - 4:35.34 (Husky Classic, 2013).
-Bellingham High School Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee Class of 2018.
